Life is like seasons. It knows how to balance itself. We should not resist any change but we should learn to understand what it teaches us at each season. The Bible teaches that in everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.

If you notice how seasons change, you'll know that it is nature's way of balancing our atmosphere. Summer brings heat and dryness and the sun in its fullness, and we see all the trees and the plants blooming and thriving at their best. But then comes the fall when all the leaves will die and slowly fall off, preparing them for winter. We see the beauty of this change by the arrays of beautiful yellow and orange hues on display. This change is giving balance to the life of each tree and plant, allowing them to recuperate. Then we see the winter when the whole of nature seems to hide from us. Snow comes and gives us a sense of joy in the middle of dark days. But spring comes and the refreshing smell of blossoms and the colourful tulips start to smile at us telling us, the balancing act of nature has all been completed and so new life starts to begin again.

Every season of life is meant to add beauty and strength to our life. We must learn to read between the lines. Each season is important and necessary. The change it brings is good for us. The main thing is that nothing in life is permanent, like the seasons, it will change. If we learn to live in each season of life, appreciating the beauty it brings to us, then we have found balance, and this will help take us farther in our life's journey. Is your life going through a transition? Is your life’s season changing? Maybe there is a lesson to learn and a new thing coming up for you? Who knows?
