In all your ways

What can be more reassuring than walking with God and acknowledging Him in all our ways? How do we do this? Knowing God runs deeper than just knowing His name. It is through understanding His ways and His will that we learn to grow in our knowledge of God. How do we know someone? We know them by learning their ways. By spending time with God, we will come to know His ways. We will understand His will through His words as we read the Bible each day. He speaks to us through His words, and it is the most reassuring promise of His approval and presence in our lives. Today, learn the ways of God, and in all your ways, recognize that God is the one who can orchestrate events in your life so that what is good for you will come to you, helping you make the right choices in life. If we know the Word of God, we will also know His ways and have a deeper understanding of His will. How much of the Word of God you consume can be a defining factor in gauging how much of God is known and understood by your heart. How much of Christ is formed in you depends on how much time you spend each day knowing Him through His words and walking with Him as you apply what you have read. This is the kind of walking with God that transforms us, sanctifies us, and makes us more like Jesus. Do you acknowledge God in all your ways?
