Finding your balance

In a world full of jittering information and unrealistic pressure and demands, we need to
learn to find our balance. The chaos of life can sometimes catch us. Have you ever felt like you just want to shut down and hide? When life becomes too overwhelming and you feel like you had enough, you are reaching the point of what we call “burnout”. This is not good for both your mind and your body. Do you know that most diseases has its origin from stress? The state of mind is reflected in the health of the body. When one feels sad and stressed, this has a knock-on effect on our health. Finding balance means finding time for both work and play, relaxation and striving, rest and working towards a deadline. We cannot be too much on either side because the balance of life will be compromised. If you play too much, your work will be affected. Too much rest will impact your productivity. We need to create balance in every area of life. It's like creating a perfect rhythm in our music. For it to sound good, all keys must be in harmony, making the beautiful sound for us to listen to. Try to regain inner balance first and your outside will follow through. Are you feeling like you need to come away for a while? Do you feel weary and tired? Could it be that you need to find your balance?
